F&B Purchasing and Receiving Manager

The Purchasing & Receiving Manager is responsible for coordinating purchasing and receiving functions of the Food & Beverage department, as well as overseeing on-mountain Haul Cat Operations and logistics. As a member of the F&B management team, you will work closely with the Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, Director of Restaurants, and Food & Beverage Director to address operational issues, develop strategies, and work to grow the efficiency and productivity of the department.

The Purchasing & Receiving Manager will manage receipt of product, movement of product across the resort, and manage PO and invoice processes from start to finish. This is an integral role for the Food & Beverage department.
