Lead daily construction activities while working alongside your crew. Perform hands-on construction work and demonstrate proper techniques and craftsmanship. Assign daily tasks and ensure work is organized and completed efficiently. Train, coach, and mentor team members on construction methods and safety practices. Monitor progress, quality, and workmanship throughout the build process.

Identify and resolve issues that impact safety, quality, or schedule. Maintain accountability for safety standards, company procedures, and team performance.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a production or commercial construction environment, skilled trades, or a related construction environment. Previous experience leading crews while actively performing the work. Strong understanding of construction methods, tools, and materials. Ability to communicate effectively and maintain a safe, productive work environment.

Why Join Connect Housing Blocks? Continue doing what you love—building, leading, and working with your hands—while enjoying: No travel No overnight projects No weather delays Stable, year-round indoor work Home every night The opportunity to help shape the future of commercial construction If you're ready to bring your construction leadership experience indoors and lead a team building something different, we'd love to hear from you.
