Sr HR Generalist II

The HR Generalist, Americas is a member of the Regional HR organization and serves as a primary HR resource for employees and managers across the U.S., Canada, and Brazil.

This senior-level role provides practical, day-to-day support across employee relations, policies, leaves and accommodations, HR programs, organizational changes, compliance, and the employee lifecycle. You’ll partner closely with HRBPs and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver consistent programs while bringing regional context and employee needs into execution.
