Country of Location: China Hong Kong Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries on banking services at concierge to provide high quality services to customers.
• Greet, direct, and manage customers’ interactions to ensure a premium service experience.
• Assist relationship managers to serve high net worth customers in their basic banking needs and/or wealth management needs.
• Assist client take-on process; particularly account opening documentation with high net worth customers.
• Provide logistical support for meetings, including room bookings, equipment setup, and materials preparation.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects for Private Banking Department.
• Take accountability for providing excellent service and resolving customer problems promptly and professionally.
• Comply with anti-money laundering and counter terrorist financing controls in accordance with regulatory standards and CNCBI policies.

Requirements

Preferably a Degree holder or equivalent Preferably with minimum 1 year of relevant experiences in retail banking or customer service. Sound knowledge on banking policy and operational procedures Self-motivated with good sales and service orientation Good interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
