As a Backend Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing the ideal backend system architecture, addressing customer pain points, and contributing to the overall success of our platform.

Key Responsibilities

System Architecture: Develop an ideal backend system architecture to solve problems efficiently. Create strategic plans to achieve the long-term vision while delivering shorter-term solutions that provide immediate value to our customers. Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their pain points. Collaborate on brainstorming sessions to devise innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience Critical Thinking: Apply critical thinking to problem-solving, starting from the ground up.

Challenge existing solutions and propose novel approaches free from bias. What We're Seeking: Must-Have: 7+ years of relevant professional full-time experience building backend systems for Senior roles. Proactive self-starter capable of independently solving problems. Write clean and maintainable code using Python, Django, Post.

GreSQL / any relevant backend stack Troubleshoot and debug issues in the backend system Optimize the performance of the backend services (GCP , DBT) Nice-to-Have: Some exposure to Front. End (React, basic familiarity with a JS library + willingness to learn) Eagerness to learn and a commitment to continuous improvement Natural curiosity and a drive to find creative solutions to complex problems Autonomy and a willingness to lead and initiate projects Focus on quality, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to customer delight Ownership mentality, continuous learning, and a growth mindset
