LATAM HR Business Partner Lead - TikTok Shop, E-Commerce - Sao Paulo

• Strategic Partnership: Act as the primary HR advisor to the LATAM e-Commerce leadership teams, aligning business objectives with talent strategies to drive commercial success.
• Partner with your assigned business unit(s) and ensure a deep understanding of business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices within the team.
• Partner with business team-leaders to help build a strong community that will improve the development of the business.
• Organizational Resilience: Champion change management and foster a culture of resilience, helping leaders and teams navigate ambiguity, rapid growth, and evolving market dynamics.
• Brazil Market Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of the Brazilian talent landscape and Brazil labor dynamics to adapt and implement global HR initiatives effectively within the Brazil context.
• Talent & Performance Management: Drive core HR cycles including performance reviews, talent mapping, succession planning, and compensation planning.
• Cross-Border Collaboration: Serve as the crucial bridge between Brazilian operations and regional/global HR Centers of Excellence, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across time zones and cultures.
• Employee Engagement: Design and execute strategies that foster an inclusive, high-energy, and engaging work environment for the sales organization.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of HR experience, with emphasis on organizational development, talent management, management consulting, or as an HR Business Partner ideally supporting commercial, sales, or tech organizations in large, international organizations.
• Experience leading or mentoring HR professionals.
• Deep Brazil market expertise, including a strong understanding of Brazilian labor laws, commercial talent trends, and standard methodologies.
• Demonstrated resilience and agility; proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous, and matrixed environment.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, particularly when working with diverse, global stakeholders and customers.
• Strong business acumen.

Preferred Qualification(s):

• Experience in HR related to culture and employment laws in other Latin American markets is highly desirable.
• Prior experience working within a global technology, media, or digital advertising company.
• Strong data fluency; ability to analyze HR metrics and translate them into actionable business insights.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, "builder" mindset.
