Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient health and report any changes or concerns promptly. Assist with patient assessments and documentation. Maintain a clean and safe patient care environment. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care.

Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.

Qualifications

Current and valid Arkansas Nursing License (LPN) required. Completion of an accredited practical nursing program. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
