Civil Estimator

The Civil Estimating role will demonstrate a solid understanding of estimating best practices and practical experience in water and wastewater design and construction. The role will support the maintenance and utilization of estimating databases and contribute to estimate planning and execution for moderately complex projects.

The role will perform detailed quantity takeoff development and analyze delivery resource and productivity factors under established guidelines to support accurate and reliable cost estimates. The role will also consider geographical and contingency factors to provide reliable and precise estimates.
