Maintain timely documentation: Complete clinical records and billing notes by the end of each business day and ensure technicians complete their required documentation.

Manage clinical and administrative expectations: Meet established billing, supervision, and clinical performance expectations; assist with scheduling and coordination; and document employee concerns and corrective actions.

Support consistent, compassionate care: Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality, follow company policies, and collaborate respectfully with clients, families, and colleagues.

Maintain professional standards: Keep certification, licensure, and continuing education requirements current and practice in accordance with the BACB's Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts.
