Practice Manager

About the Role

Lincoln House Surgery are looking to welcome a Practice Manager to the team who will provide strategic and operational leadership for the practice, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective and financially sustainable services across both sites. The role is offered on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team, oversee all business functions and work closely with GP Partners to deliver the practice's vision and objectives.

This role requires an experienced leader with exceptional organisational, people management and financial skills, together with a strong understanding of digital systems and technology within modern primary care. About the Candidate We are looking for an experienced primary care leader who can demonstrate a strong track record of managing complex GP practice operations.

You will be an organised, confident and commercially aware manager who is comfortable taking responsibility, making decisions and working closely with GP Partners and multidisciplinary teams. You will have the ability to see the bigger picture while also ensuring that the day-to-day running of the practice remains effective.

Most importantly, you will be forward-thinking, approachable and comfortable with change, with a genuine interest in improving the way primary care is delivered.

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Practice Manager who is confident leading within a technologically advanced healthcare environment and can continue to drive the practice forward. Sites: Apsley HP3 9SQ & Highfield HP2 5TA. Must be available to work across both sites which serve all areas of Hemel Hempstead and surrounding communities Contract Type: Full-time, permanent Salary: Competitive, dependent upon experience.
