Physical Therapist Aide

• Temecula, CA, Salary Range: $23.00 - $26.00Hourly, Assist physical therapists with preparing patients and treatment areas for therapy sessions. Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities as instructed by the physical therapist. Set up, clean, and maintain therapy equipment and treatment rooms. Escort patients to and from treatment areas as needed. Monitor patients during exercises and report any concerns to the supervising therapist. Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment according to clinic standards. Assist with stocking supplies and maintaining inventory in the therapy department. Support front office tasks when needed, including scheduling appointments and answering phones. Maintain accurate documentation and assist therapists with administrative tasks as directed. Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Follow all clinic safety, infection control, and operational procedures.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in a physical therapy clinic, rehabilitation center, or healthcare setting preferred. Interest in physical therapy, rehabilitation, or healthcare careers is highly desirable.
