Lead Instructor - Adult Education Services

The Lead Instructor is responsible for delivering instruction to adult learners in both in-person and virtual classroom settings, while supporting and assisting instructors in developing curriculum aligned with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), Nevada Department of Education (NDE), and agency guidelines across ESL, High School Equivalency (HSE), and integrated education and Training (IET) programs.

This position tracks student attendance and performance measures to support program outcomes and instructional effectiveness, ensures students have access to rigorous, relevant, and appropriate educational opportunities, and serves as a backup to the AES director as needed.
