Recruiter

Zulay Kitchen is looking for a proactive and organized Remote Recruiter to help us attract, identify, and hire top talent for our growing remote team. This person will manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment process, from job postings and candidate sourcing to interviews and offers. Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruiting channels. Review applications, screen candidates, and assess qualifications against job requirements. Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring managers.

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and identify the right candidates for each role. Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular updates on recruiting progress. Help improve recruiting processes and reduce time to hire.

Qualifications

Previous experience in recruiting or talent acquisition. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities at once. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Strong written and spoken English.

Experience recruiting for remote positions is a plus. The Ideal Candidate We’re looking for someone who is resourceful, detail-oriented, and results-driven. The ideal candidate takes ownership of the hiring process, knows how to find qualified talent, and can keep multiple searches moving efficiently. This role is remote but needs to follow a 9am-6pm EST schedule.
