Assistant Manager – Golden Eagle Foods (Wendy’s) Our Assistant Managers help run the restaurant, support the GM, and keep the operation sharp and energized. You lead the team, make key decisions, and help deliver fast, fresh, consistent experiences for every guest. Pay: $40000 - $50000 per year

Requirements

3+ years of experience as an Assistant Manager in QSR (preferably Wendy’s or another fast-food restaurant); Strong communicator with a positive leadership style; Reliable, punctual, coachable, and ready to grow; Able to solve problems quickly and stay calm under pressure; Comfortable leading a team during rushes and peak business; Excited about growth, development, and taking on more responsibility
