Key Responsibilities

• Open and close the store according to established procedures, ensuring security and readiness for business
• Handle cash deposits accurately and responsibly, adhering to cash handling policies
• Lead daily shift operations, supervising team members and ensuring excellent customer service
• Assist in training and mentoring new staff members
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Support inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
• Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and safety Skills and Qualifications:
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in cash handling
• Ability to work independently and make decisions confidently
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including opening and closing hours
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems are a plus
