ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2017 and is currently powered by a close-knit team of two. I’ve been part of State Farm for over 15 years, starting out as a team member before opening my own agency. That experience gave me a deep understanding of what it takes to build a strong, successful team and provide exceptional service to our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
