Flexible part-time and per diem schedules are available across day, evening, and overnight shifts. About the Community Bristol Glen is a community serving residents in assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and a full continuum of care. Our Healthcare team provides direct support and individualized care to residents in both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care settings, helping promote comfort, well-being, and quality of life each day.

What you'll do

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care routines Support residents during meals and provide assistance with mobility, transfers, and the safe use of lifting equipment when needed Obtain and document vital signs and complete assigned resident rounds Follow individualized care plans and accurately document care and services provided Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other care team members to support residents in both rehabilitation and long-term care settings Build positive relationships with residents and their families through ongoing communication and compassionate support What you'll need Required: Active New Jersey Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification, in good standing on the NJ Nurse Aide Registry 18 years or older Preferred: Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or long-term care Pay and benefits $23 to $25 an hour, based on experience Differentials: +$2/hr evenings, +$2/hr overnights, +$1.
