Manage the training needs for executives
Ensure that all his DRAs are trained & Certified as per regulatory requirement
Drive performance through team work
Review of teams performance in terms of targets vs actual and guide for necessary optimisation

Tracking & Controlling the delinquency of the area, bucket wise, dpd wise and focus on Non-starters for TW Product
Regular follow up with delinquent customers through a dedicated team
Ensuring adherence of legal guidelines by agencies and executives
Manage Productivity by fixing productivity parameters for in-house / collection agencies, monitoring performance against set parameters and periodic review
Co-ordination with legal team to ensure necessary legal action is taken on specific cases
Ensure collection agencies are complaint with audit & information security requirements of the Organisation Experience Range : 10 to 12 Years Qualifications : Graduate (Any Specialisation) MBA
