PRN Physical Therapist Assistants Location: Kirkland Village | Bethlehem, PA Benchmark Therapies is looking for PRN Physical Therapist Assistants to join our team at Kirkland Village in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. This could be a great fit for a PTA who enjoys working with older adults and wants the flexibility of PRN work while still feeling connected to a supportive therapy team.

What You’ll Do Provide physical therapy treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Help residents improve strength, balance, mobility, safety, confidence, and independence Support residents in staying active and involved in the activities that matter to them Build positive relationships with residents, families, nursing staff, and other members of the care team Communicate resident progress, concerns, and changes in condition with the supervising Physical Therapist Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health and facility systems Collaborate with PT, OT, and speech therapy team members Be part of a positive, team-focused therapy department What We’re Looking For Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing A genuine interest in working with older adults Strong communication and collaboration skills A dependable, thoughtful, and team-oriented approach to care PRN at Benchmark Flexible scheduling No regular monthly coverage requirement Work at least once every six months to remain active A great way to supplement another position or stay connected to patient care Support from an approachable clinical and operational team If you’re looking for flexible PRN work with a team where you can get to know the residents you serve and feel supported when you’re here, we’d be happy to tell you more about the opportunity at Kirkland Village.
