Program Operations & Compliance Manager $100,000 - $120,000 Monroe, NY Job Summary: The Program Director is responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring the effective, compliant, and efficient management of a growing Medicaid support program. This role provides leadership to supervisors and staff, monitors program performance, and ensures operational activities align with applicable regulatory requirements and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily program operations, supervisors, staffing, and overall performance. Ensure compliance with applicable Medicaid regulations, guidelines, and program requirements. Review and monitor reports to identify trends, gaps, and areas requiring improvement. Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and program outcomes.

Provide leadership, guidance, and accountability to supervisory staff. Monitor documentation, reporting, and operational quality to ensure accuracy and compliance.
