As a Bus Driver , you’ll be more than just a driver—you’ll be a trusted and caring presence who helps our children start and end their day with confidence and care.

What You’ll Do As a Bus Driver, you will: Safely operate a school bus and transport children ages 0–5 to and from Acelero Learning centers and approved events. Complete pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure the safety and reliability of the vehicle. Ensure all passengers are secured in child safety restraints and follow transportation safety rules.

Maintain daily logs and communicate promptly about route issues, delays, or incidents. Build positive, respectful relationships with families and staff. Maintain a clean, well-functioning vehicle and report maintenance needs in a timely manner.

Who You Are

A licensed and safety-conscious professional with a heart for children. Calm under pressure and able to respond quickly in emergencies. Friendly, dependable, and patient with young children and families. Bilingual (Spanish-English) is a plus!

Minimum Qualifications

Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with P and S endorsements required. Clean driving record and minimum of 1 year experience operating a school bus. Ability to pass DOT physical, background check, and drug/alcohol screening. Must be able to lift children in and out of car seats, up to 40 lbs. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
