Our expertise in temperature-controlled logistics ensures products are delivered safely, efficiently and on time, helping customers maximise availability and minimise waste. Life in this role As part of our Chilled & Fresh division, we have an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Stock Administrator on a full time permanent basis.

Salary: £27,367 Shift: 4 on 4 off, 7am-7pm. Key Duties of Stock Administrator: Creating and distributing stock reports to both internal and external customers. Processing stock queries within agreed timeframes, providing customer care. Investigating discrepancies and processing dispute procedures. Processing returns and inter depot cross documents.

Pursuing stock rejections and returns throughout the network. Processing system transactions to correct stock balances. Maintaining accurate transactions in outside warehouse database. Investigating outstanding, incoming, outside and missing pallets. Empty location checks as required on the system. Recording and escalating internal and external non-conformances.

Providing cover for Goods In desk as required. General administration paperwork filing. Other duties as reasonably required. What you’ll need ... Previous experience within a fast paced, Administration role. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally. PC literate and experience in MS Excel.

Ability to solve problems methodically and actively seek resolutions. Able to manage own work load effectively and prioritise. Excellent customer service skills. What is in it for you?
