Weekday Take Out/Weekend Serving

This is a take out and serving position. We have serving on the weekends and take out shifts during the week. We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Takeout Team Member to join our breakfast restaurant. This position plays an important role in ensuring that every takeout guest receives accurate orders, exceptional service, and a positive experience from start to finish.

As the primary point of contact for takeout customers, you’ll be responsible for taking orders, processing payments, packaging food, and coordinating with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

Answer phones and take takeout orders accurately Process online and third-party delivery orders Package food carefully and verify order accuracy Greet takeout guests and provide excellent customer service Process cash and credit card transactions Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order completion Maintain a clean, organized takeout and front counter area Restock supplies and assist with light cleaning duties Qualifications: Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic math and cash-handling skills Reliable transportation and punctuality Previous restaurant, cashier, or customer service experience preferred but not required What We Offer: Full-time hours with a consistent schedule Employee meal discounts Supportive and team-oriented work environment Opportunities for advancement and cross-training If you’re organized, dependable, and enjoy providing great service, we’d love to hear from you.
