Automotive Service Technician – All Skill Levels

AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIANS WANTED – ALL EXPERIENCE LEVELS! A-Level, B-Level & C-Level Technicians – Join Our Growing Service Team! $18–$40 PER HOUR BASED ON EXPERIENCE | MONDAY–FRIDAY | WEEKENDS OFF! Milford Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking to add skilled and motivated Automotive Technicians to our growing service department.

Whether you're an experienced A-Tech, a developing B-Tech, or just getting started as a C-Tech, we'd like to talk with you! We're an established, family-oriented dealership with over 27 years of experience. We take pride in maintaining a busy shop, supporting our employees, and providing opportunities to grow through hands-on experience and factory training.

WHAT WE OFFER

Competitive hourly pay ranging from $18–$40 , depending on experience and skill level. Monday through Friday schedule – NO WEEKENDS! Paid vacation. Health benefits. 401(k) retirement plan. A friendly, team-oriented work environment. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Perform vehicle maintenance, inspections, and mechanical repairs. Complete comprehensive multi-point vehicle inspections. Diagnose vehicle concerns and determine appropriate repairs. Perform road tests to verify vehicle operation and evaluate repair results.

Complete manufacturer-recommended maintenance and repair procedures. Maintain quality workmanship and follow dealership repair standards.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Automotive repair experience required. All skill levels will be considered. High school diploma or equivalent. Automotive technical training or hands-on repair experience. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Personal tools required. Pennsylvania State Inspection License is a plus but not required. WORK SCHEDULE Monday – Friday: 7:45 AM – 6:00 PM Saturdays and Sundays: CLOSED!

Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule without giving up your weekends. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Occasional travel for manufacturer training may be required. All approved training expenses are paid by the dealership. Position involves working around automotive equipment, mechanical components, noise, fumes, and other typical automotive shop conditions.
