Sierra Sage Treatment Center provides residential treatment for young women in a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment. Our youth often come to us with complex histories involving trauma, abuse, neglect, substance use, mental health and behavioral challenges.

Through individualized treatment, accredited education and a normalized high school experience, we help them build the skills and confidence for healthier futures. We're looking for a Clinical Director (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) to join our team of compassionate clinicians and youth advocates. Why Sierra Sage? Focus on clinical impact.

Unlike private practice and high-volume outpatient settings, your success here isn't measured by how many clients you can fit into a day. You'll have the time and support to build meaningful therapeutic relationships and address needs that go far beyond a 50-minute weekly session. Work as part of a true treatment team.

You'll collaborate with other clinicians, educators, medical staff, youth care workers, and other professionals working from one integrated treatment plan. What You'll Do

Provide individual, family, and group therapy. Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide counseling, case management, and treatment coordination. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical, educational, and residential team. Build expertise in differential assessment, treatment readiness, stages of change, motivational interviewing, and evidence-based approaches.

Evaluate progress toward treatment goals and maintain timely clinical documentation.

What We're Looking For

Current professional licensure as required in the State of Nevada. Master's degree in social work, or human services, with four years related experience on residential facility management. Empathetic, patient, collaborative, and committed to helping young people succeed. At least one year of experience working with youth or adolescent females.

Commitment to maintaining required CEUs and licensure. Current driver's license and acceptable three-year driving record. Ability to complete required background check, drug screen, and TB test.
