IT Sales Executive

We are looking for an experienced IT Sales Executive with a strong track record in developing new business and building long-term client relationships . At Tieto Iberia , you will play a key role in driving the growth of our technology services business, with a particular focus on the Banking, Insurance and Payments sectors.

You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, strengthening strategic client relationships and positioning our portfolio of software development, solution implementation and IT consulting services to address our clients’ evolving business and technology needs. What will you do? Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.

Drive the sales of our software development, solution implementation and IT consulting services . Build and develop long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers , acting as a trusted commercial partner. Understand clients’ business and technology priorities and identify opportunities where our capabilities can create value.

Take ownership of opportunities throughout the end-to-end sales cycle , from prospecting and qualification through proposal development, negotiation and closing. Work closely with our technical and consulting teams to develop compelling proposals tailored to client needs. Contribute to strengthening Tieto Iberia’s presence and positioning across our target markets.

What are we looking for? Proven experience in IT Sales, Business Development or similar commercial roles . A strong track record in selling IT services, software development, solution implementation and/or technology consulting . Previous commercial experience within Banking, Insurance and/or Payments is particularly valued, although candidates with a strong track record in other sectors, such as Telecommunications or Industry , are also encouraged to apply.

Strong business development capabilities and a demonstrated ability to identify, develop and convert commercial opportunities . Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. Ability to engage confidently with both business and technology decision-makers . A proactive, commercially minded and results-oriented approach .
