• Provide direct care and support to adolescents who have a wide range of learning and emotional challenges.
• Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration
• Implement individualized care plans and behavior support plans
• Foster a safe and supportive environment for residents
• Engage residents in recreational and social activities
• Document and maintain accurate records of resident progress and incidents Qualifications: Experience:
• Experience working with youth in a residential setting: 1 year (Required)
• Experience working with adolescents who have a wide range of learning and emotional challenges.
• Knowledge of systems and procedures related to residential care
• Familiarity with vital signs monitoring and basic first aid procedures
• Ability to lift and assist residents with mobility needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills Skills: Working with Adolescents Effective Communication Home Care and Cleanliness First Aid & Basic Medical Meal Preparation Education: Associate (Preferred) Job Type: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $18.00 - $21.00 per hour, All Weekend Shifts with$2.00 shift differential pay Expected Hours: 32 – 40 per week, 10 hour or 8 hour shift Schedule: Monday through Friday, Weekends Work Location: In Person, Middleboro, MA 02346 What we offer: A leadership role in a unique educational setting.
