Customer Service Rep OMS

Duties and Responsibilities

Provide customer support via web chat, phone and/or email. Assist in the preparation of reports and recording keeping regarding E-Commerce sales. Assist sales representatives in expediting and follow‑up of orders. Assist with incoming customer calls by directing them to the appropriate individual or department needed to resolve problems or complaints.

Provide support to the sales staff in its effort to give customers the best possible quality and service. Quality Responsibility: Responsible for providing error-free work to all internal and external customers as related to the output of their position. Review receiving reports to ensure accuracy. Build loads. Print and file bill of lading (BOL) and shipping documents.

Enter in scrap orders. Entering information into customer portals, as necessary. Looking for orders to ensure they ship on time. Shift First Shift, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Skills and Qualifications Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook. Experience with ERP system, preferred. Able to work in a high-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

2- or 4-year degree, or equivalent experience, required. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
