Primary Care Advanced Practice Nurse
Job description
We are currently seeking a Primary Care Physician or an Advance Practice Nurse to provide primary healthcare services to underserved populations within a community health center setting and coordinate care with other healthcare providers in our Lorain county primary care center. This position will be 4 days per week- 8:30am - 5:00 pm.
