Responsibilities

Perform collision repairs including metal repair, panel replacement, and structural work Disassemble and reassemble vehicles for repair and refinish Repair or replace damaged body parts according to estimates and OEM procedures Use frame and measuring equipment when required Identify hidden damage and communicate with estimators and management Ensure repairs meet safety, quality, and manufacturer standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all shop safety procedures and guidelines Work efficiently to meet production and quality goals What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Steady workflow and consistent hours Clean, organized, professional shop Modern equipment and tools Supportive team environment Opportunities for advancement and training Requirements Qualifications Previous experience as an auto body or collision repair technician (preferred) Knowledge of collision repair methods, tools, and materials Ability to read and follow repair estimates and OEM procedures Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Own tools preferred Valid driver’s license
