Outreach Worker

Job Summary

This position is responsible for outreach activities designed to connect individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness with appropriate resources by use of the principles of psychosocial rehabilitation practices and in line with the mission, objectives and policies of Coast Mental Health.
