Technical Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities

Manage purchasing requests and procurement processes. Source suppliers, obtain quotations, and negotiate commercial terms. Create and maintain supplier records in ERP systems. Plan material purchases according to demand and inventory levels. Follow up purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier performance. Coordinate logistics and customs activities when required.

Support inventory management and stock accuracy. Contribute to OPEX and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and HSE requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. 1-4 years of experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Planning. Advanced English proficiency. ERP experience (SAP preferred). Proficiency in MS Office applications. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Valid driver's license preferred.
