Outreach Worker (Term, Part Time)

Under the direction of the Wellness Manager, the Outreach Worker works collaboratively as part of the Wellness Team to deliver services tailored to meet client needs. The Outreach Worker provides individual and family-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed interventions that support holistic wellness. The Outreach Worker is responsible for providing community-based outreach, including harm reduction services, crisis intervention, education, and system navigation. This role builds trusting relationships with community members, supports access to resources, and facilitates psychoeducational and culturally relevant programming.

The Outreach Worker will be familiar with community services and resources and work closely with internal and external partners to ensure coordinated care.
