Compensation Analyst

GARNEY A Compensation Analyst position is available at Garney. This role is responsible for analyzing market compensation data, maintaining job and salary structures, and supporting compensation programs that ensure equitable and competitive pay practices. The ideal candidate has experience with compensation analysis, data interpretation, and partnering with HR and business leaders to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Conduct job analysis and maintain job descriptions, job families, and pay structures Analyze compensation data and provide market-based pay recommendations Partner with HR, Recruiting, Finance, and business leaders on compensation decisions Perform market pricing and participate in salary surveys and benchmarking activities Build reports, dashboards, and compensation analyses to support business decisions Support annual merit, incentive, and compensation planning processes Audit and maintain compensation data to ensure accuracy and compliance Assist with compensation programs, process improvements, and special projects WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field 3+ years of compensation experience, including market pricing, job analysis, and compensation administration Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills Experience working with compensation systems and market-pricing platforms (Pay.
