Cost Accountant

The Cost Accountant is responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and reporting on manufacturing‑related costs to support accurate product costing and strong financial performance. This role provides critical insight into production efficiency, material usage, labour, and overhead spending, helping the business make data‑driven decisions.

Working closely with operations, finance, and procurement, the Cost Accountant ensures costing accuracy, investigates variances, identifies opportunities for cost improvement, and supports continuous improvement initiatives within the food manufacturing environment.
