What You’ll Do Create CNC Programs: Utilize CAM software to generate accurate programs for 3-axis CNC routers from DXF engineering files and EPS proofing files. Review Engineering Documentation: Carefully review work orders, engineering prints, and bills of materials to verify specifications. Nest & Toolpath Parts: Efficiently nest parts on plastic lumber or raw material and apply proper tool paths. Support Shop Floor Operators: Produce digital/physical documentation and setup sheets for CNC Operators, collaborating with production teams to achieve daily output and quality goals.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For Technical Proficiency: Prior experience in CNC programming or operation. Print & BOM Comprehension: Strong ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and bills of materials. Reliability: Dependable work ethic, good attendance, and a team-first mindset. Experience: Previous experience using Mastercam, Autodesk, Carveco, or similar CAM software.
