Founders Associate

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a lean, early-stage B2B SaaS team and work directly with the founding team on go-to-market strategy and sales execution. You will help turn early market feedback into practical sales processes and support growth from initial outreach through customer conversations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Help develop go-to-market strategy and carry initiatives from idea through execution and measurement.
• Partner with the CEO on outbound sales, pipeline development, and deal progression.
• Build outreach sequences, qualify leads, and maintain CRM records and pipeline tracking.
• Develop and refine sales playbooks based on prospect and market feedback.
• Identify market opportunities and run go-to-market experiments.
• Conduct prospect discovery conversations and represent the team in early customer interactions.
• Analyze go-to-market metrics and use the results to inform sales and strategy decisions.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 2 years of experience in go-to-market strategy, sales execution, or business development, ideally within the 2 to 4 year range.
• Experience building or executing outbound campaigns, including outreach sequences and lead qualification.
• Experience managing a CRM and tracking sales pipeline or revenue operations.
• Ability to develop sales playbooks or go-to-market frameworks using market feedback.
• Experience assessing market opportunities, running go-to-market experiments, and speaking with prospects.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical judgment, and comfort working in an early-stage environment with ambiguity.
• Interest in sales intelligence and the intersection of sales, strategy, and startups.

COMPENSATION

& BENEFITS Annual salary range: $60,000 to $90,000 USD.
