Unarmed Security Officer Weekends 1st Shift

North State Security Group is hiring an Unarmed Security Officer for a weekend, 1st shift position in Charlotte, NC. This position requires strong attention to detail, dependability, and a commitment to safety. Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays 7:30 am - 3:30 pm Flex (fill in when needed for call outs or vacancies, including weekends and overnights) Responsibilities:

• Monitor client property and observe client activities to maintain a safe environment
• Monitor individuals admitted to client site and stay attentive and responsive to surroundings at all times
• Perform routine patrols
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or activities that may impact safety or operations
• Respond appropriately to altercations or other incidents
• Obtain statements, document incidents, and complete detailed reports accurately and professionally
• Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate sound judgment and reliability
• Ability to work assigned schedule and assist with additional shifts if needed Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to pass all background checks
