Handy Person

The Handy Person position performs all building repair and maintenance tasks as assigned and all tasks as required. Answers radio calls and responds to Tenants and public area calls in a prompt and professional manner according to standards. The Handy Person will be responsible for performing general work to ensure the Omni complex’s maintenance quality and safety standards are achieved and maintained.
