You'll create an exceptional living experience for residents while protecting and enhancing the value of the property. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who enjoys developing people, solving challenges, driving results, and making a meaningful impact on each community and their teams.

Key Responsibilities

Financial & Business Leadership Drive occupancy, revenue, and overall property performance Manage operating budgets while identifying opportunities to improve financial results Monitor expenses and ensure responsible financial stewardship Support rent collection, lease compliance, and delinquency management Analyze market conditions and implement strategies to maximize property performance Community Operations Lead the daily operations of the community to ensure a safe, attractive, and well-maintained environment Maintain high standards for curb appeal, building condition, and resident experience Partner with maintenance teams and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects and service requests Ensure company policies, operating standards, and procedures are consistently followed Leasing & Resident Experience Support leasing initiatives that drive occupancy and long-term resident retention Create a welcoming environment that delivers exceptional customer service Resolve resident concerns professionally while building positive community relationships Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and applicable state and local laws Leadership & Team Development Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing onsite team Create a culture built on accountability, collaboration, and excellent customer service Conduct regular team meetings, performance coaching, and employee development conversations Recognize team accomplishments while providing guidance for continued growth Compliance & Asset Protection Promote safe working practices and regulatory compliance throughout the community Support property inspections, risk management initiatives, and safety programs Maintain accurate operational records and documentation Partner with leadership to ensure company standards are consistently achieved Vendor & Project Management Develop productive relationships with vendors and contractors Coordinate capital improvement projects and community enhancements Monitor project quality, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful completion Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and property value WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Well-maintained, financially successful communities that residents are proud to call home Strong occupancy, revenue growth, and responsible expense management Highly engaged teams that work collaboratively and deliver exceptional service Positive resident experiences that encourage long-term retention Communities that consistently meet company standards for operations, compliance, and appearance A trusted leader who builds strong relationships with residents, associates, vendors, and company leadership GROW WITH US This role offers multiple leadership advancement opportunities, including: ➡️ Multi-Site Property Manager ➡️ Regional Property Manager Advancement is based on experience, leadership performance, technical competencies, certifications, and business needs.
