Branch Pride: Maintain a clean, organized, professional showroom and warehouse. You take initiative to improve the branch because it is your branch. Collaborative Success: Work as a cohesive team to meet branch profit goals. Support your fellow owners by assisting with deliveries, shipping, and receiving as needed. Continuous Learning: Take ownership of your technical growth.

Actively participate in training programs for the latest trade products and technologies to better serve our customers. Preferred Qualifications

A "mechanically minded" individual with a desire to learn the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC trades. Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to building long-term customer relationships.
