Labor Relations Business Partner

Position Overview

The Labor Relations Business Partner is responsible for assisting in the day to day management of the Union contracts throughout Encore, sitting in on all first step grievance hearings, collecting information for all Requests for Information, and function as the note taker in negotiations as needed.  This position will assist in scheduling, tracking, and responding to union grievances, negotiation proposals, and internal tracking mechanisms.

This position will report to the Senior Director of Labor Relations.
