Job description
The purpose of the class is to operate heavy and/or specialized equipment and/or trucks in the maintenance, construction and/or repair of County roads and drainage systems. In support of assigned area of operations, this class maintains assigned equipment and performs other work as required. The class works according to some procedures but decides how or when to do things; work is reviewed frequently by supervisor.
