Production Packer 1st and 2nd Shifts

Production Packer | 1st & 2nd Shifts Available | Full-Time The Packer is responsible for preparing finished products for shipment by accurately sorting, counting, assembling, packaging, and inspecting materials according to customer specifications and work instructions. This role plays a critical part in ensuring orders are completed accurately, packaged safely, and delivered on time.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We have 1st and 2nd Shifts available.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Packaging & Shipment Preparation Product Sorting, Counting & Verification Kitting & Assembly of Materials Work Order & Job Ticket Review Quality Inspection & Documentation Operation of Packaging Equipment Inventory & Supply Support Cross Department Coordination QUALIFICATIONS: Required High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to read and follow work orders, job tickets, and written instructions. Basic math and counting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required up to 50 pounds. Preferred Previous packing, warehouse, manufacturing, production, or assembly experience.

Experience using shrink-wrap equipment, tape machines, or other packaging equipment. Experience working in a fast-paced production environment. READY TO APPLY?
