What You’ll Be Doing Your primary responsibility will be helping members navigate the benefit process from their initial appointment through enrollment and follow-up.

Connect with members who have requested benefit information Schedule and conduct virtual appointments Learn about each member’s needs and priorities Review and explain available benefit programs Answer questions and provide clear, accurate information Assist members with selecting appropriate options Complete applications and required documentation Maintain organized client records Follow up with members when additional assistance is needed What We Value Previous industry experience isn’t necessary.
