Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative

New Braunfels Veterinary Clinicis seeking an outgoingClient Service Representative to serve as the welcoming face of our hospital. In this fast-paced role, you will create exceptional client experiences, build trust through compassionate service, manage appointments and daily patient flow, handle multi-line phones and in-person interactions, process transactions, and support clients with essential information about our services.

We're looking for someone with a positive personality who enjoys building relationships with clients and making every pet and owner feel welcome. A passion for veterinary medicine is a must, as we're seeking someone who takes pride in helping improve the lives of pets and the people who love them. Schedule and Compensation:

• Compensation: $15-$17 per hour, for each hour worked
• This is a full-timeposition, with a4/10schedule and availability neededMonday-Friday, and one rotating Saturday a month.

Minimum Qualifications and Skill Set:

• 1+ of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role
• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare-related front-desk experience preferred
• Proficiency in the following skills:
• Ability to manage a multi-phone line system while assisting in-person clients
• Ability to provide compassionate, professional service to clients during both routine and emotionally sensitive situations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with a team
• Ability to remain calm, professional and solution-oriented during busy periods
