ABOUT OUR COMPANY We are a commercial fencing and masonry contractor specializing in precast concrete fence systems. Our projects serve commercial clients throughout the Houston region and include: Precast perimeter walls, apartment & townhome fencing, parking lot fences, property dividers, commercial security walls and noise barrier walls We are looking for a full-time motivated certified Forklift Driver to join our crew, with opportunity for growth within the company.

POSITION SUMMARY

This is a hands-on role that involves general labor that comes with the position, daily inspection and correct handling of the equipment to efficiently load/unload, move, and organize products throughout the facility. Your expertise will ensure safe, accurate, and timely order fulfillment while maintaining high safety standards and inventory accuracy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate a forklift safely load/unload material, product and trucks efficiently while adhering to OSHA safety protocols and warehouse safety standards. Receive incoming materials and verify quantities against shipping paperwork. Pick, pack, label, and prepare material for transportation. Report damaged products, missing items, or shipment discrepancies to the reporting manager.

Keep inventory and warehouse areas organized. Follow safety procedures and managment instructions. Perform daily forklift inspections and report any equipment or maintenance issues. Use warehouse management systems (WMS), scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous forklift operating experience required. Forklift Certification (Unexpired) 1+ year of warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, or related experience preferred. Shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to perform physical warehouse duties safely. Reliable attendance and punctuality.
