Any performance issues must be addressed immediately and documented. Reporting, Documentation & Quality Control You will review daily activity reports, incident reports, tour data, and compliance documentation to identify concerns and follow up with Officers and Operations Managers.
Thorough documentation of inspections, corrective actions, and operational updates is required. You will also help develop their leadership and decision-making abilities.
Office & Administrative Tasks You will spend 2–3 hours per shift in the office completing administrative duties, including reviewing reports, managing emails, processing schedules, and coordinating with HR and Payroll. The rest of the shift will be spent in the field visiting sites and assessing operational readiness.
