Requirements

1. High School diploma, preferably some college
2. Registered Behavior Technician, or ability to be board certified within three months of hire
3. Applied Behavior Analysis, Medicaid, Waiver and Private Insurance experience preferred
4. Ability to communicate effectively, in writing and verbally, with people at all levels of the organization
5. Strong leadership experience with great interpersonal and people skills
6. Strong technical, analytical, and organizational skills and abilities
7. Demonstrated ability to develop programs that fit strategically with ACSS goals Physical Requirements:
8. Must be physically able to respond appropriately at all times when working directly with a patient
9. Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs
10. Must be able to react quickly to behavior outbursts in children and young adults
11. Must be able to effectively use 'response blocking' procedures to protect self and clients from injury at all times when working
12. Must be able to utilize crisis management (e.g., manual restraint) procedures where/when needed or directed
13. Must be able to be on your feet a minimum of four hours per day
