Employer Engagement Manager

The Role The role reports to the Student Employment Manager and leads the Employer Engagement Team. It is responsible for the development and maintenance of effective and beneficial relationships with employers to enhance graduate outcomes for DMU students. The role leads and manages a small but dynamic team in the management of relationships with strategically aligned employer partners plus the identification, approach and development of new relationships with employers which deliver positive outcomes as part of the Employer Engagement strategy.

Ideal Candidate You will have experience of leading a high-performing team, ideally in a careers or relationship-management context. We are looking for someone who can bring excellent stakeholder management skills to deliver high-quality employment opportunities to students. The successful candidate will need to be confident communicating with others, well-organised and excellent at balancing priorities.

Strong interpersonal skills will be vital, as will solid skills for data analysis and reporting. Interview dates likely to be w/c 16th November.
